If you're not happy with Quiet Dictation for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to monthly, annual and lifetime purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at info@quietdictation.com and we'll sort it out.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. More detail is in Paddle's Refund Policy.
